Restaurant General Manager (Operating Partner)

Life as an Operating Partner:

• Manager of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (food, labor and revenue to targets)
• Develop team members by providing direction and feedback

Is it a fit? We're looking for a team member that is:

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries [Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus]
• Available to work a five day set schedule
• Proven track record of developing team members
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
